What have you done before the problem occurred?

Please provide a full description of the problem:
My clock / Calendar is now blank. It is just a white and sometimes black blank rectangle in the upper right corner. Thots ?? I tried a diff skin. Same.

Please do the following in order to correct the issue you are experiencing:

1. Open Internet Explorer. **Note:** You will need to install Adobe Flash Player using Internet Explorer in order to completely correct the issue.

2. Click the link below to open the Adobe site: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Click 'Agree and install now' to reinstall the Adobe Flash Player.

This should solve the problem you encounter.

I downloaded the adobe flash player...no change

I had the blank clock problem on Windows 7
I tried various thing suggested online - no joy.
Then I clicked on the Windows clock / calendar.
I changed the month on the calendar (to see what day of the week the 12th of last month was)
Pop !!!! My Incredimail clock /calendar was back.

It worked for me :o)
