What have you done before the problem occurred?
I just remetrre my icrdedimail via incredibacup and I have my 3 accounts but have not created me my 3 files (1 for each email account) and especially do put my Elais are very very old
i use windows 8.1

Please note that IncrediBackup creates backup files for each identity separately, and each identity is imported to one identity.
