Error 451 4.3.2 Internal server error (6530)

Your IncrediMail Version: XE 5864322
Your Internet Browser Type: Google Chrome
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Upgraded system from Vista to 7.

Other browsers are IE11 and FF36 - not listed


If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
451 4.3.2 Internal server error (6530)

Hi, not often I post as not often I get problems.
I use Incredimail XE Premium v5864322

Since I upgraded my Vista Ultimate SP2 x64 to Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64, I keep getting outgoing mail issues which are only temporarily cured by exiting and then restarting IM XE.
The error is 451 4.3.2 Internal server error (6530)

I don't like the new IM, so am sticking with XE as long as it remains compatible with the OS.

What's the solution to that error, uninstall, reinstall or is there a simple fix?

To address this issue, I would like you to reconfigure your email account using the "Email Setup Wizard":

1. In the main IncrediMail window, click on "Tools" and select "Email Accounts".

2. Choose your account, click on "Remove". To reconfigure the account, click on "Add".

3. In the Account Wizard window, choose "Let me configure settings myself", and click on "Next".

4. Please choose your email service provider. If it is not listed, click on "Other".

5. Follow the instructions to setup your account.

Note: Make sure the password you have entered is identical to the one your mail provider has given you.

Please let me know the results.

Hi,
I am getting an Internal Server Error as well but it isn't the same as this one. The one I am getting is 451 4.3.2 Internal server error (#OCF014)

I am running windows 10 with Incredimail 2.5

I was able to send emails earlier but now it isn't working. I removed the account then re-added it after not being able to send emails anymore.

Please help!

To further address this issue, I would like you to create a new identity in IncrediMail and see if you still encounter the same problem.
 
To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.
 
Set up your identity and see if the problem continues to occur in the new identity.

Please note that I would like you to configure the same email address in your new identity, there is no need to create a new email address. While the identity name should be different, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being done in the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.

Please let me know the results.
