To much to put! Emails can't be delated - lost folders

Your IncrediMail Version: before 2.0 - upgraded to 2.5 (even worse)
Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
nothing - one day it just started to not allow me to delete "empty" emails that where showing up in my folders. Then I could not access my sent items (it appears emtpy) and my deleted I can not access or empty.

I went to upgrade and it said error 1232 - finally upgraded via web site to 2.5 and lost all my folders except my main inbox (and I have LOTS of subfolders for my work) I can not find them in the recovery methods listed here.


If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
ERROR 1232 at first - no no error message but no access to old things.
