Can't import settings

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I made a backup several days ago of everything. Then I set the computer back to factory settings and installed incredimail again and wanted to import everything. There are incredimail data, incredimail data1 and incredimail data2 (all cab files). The importing starts fine, and it goes by all 3 files. But then it asks for incredimail data3.cab. There is no incredimail data3.cab file. I have looked everywhere. I have tried everything. I deleted incredimail and installed it again, tried an older version, but it keeps asking for part 3 when I am importing the old stuff. All we have are emails from the last 2 weeks and nothing from before that. And not the map I made with several emails in it either. :'( Please help! A lot of emails are important!
