Missing Mails!!!

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Reinstalled Operating system.

Please provide a full description of the problem:

I have a problem.I had to reinstall and replace operating system XP with W7 x 64. I saved the folder with mails(default location for xp \Documents and Settings\User name\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Identities\etc). I had around 2000 Mails in Inbox/2000 Sent/ etc. The amount of space is around 9 Gb. When i'm trying to import from W7 IC 2.5 it shows me all folders "Inbox/Send/Deleted/Etc" but when I'm trying to import, all the folders except "Deleted" are empty. Why and how can I retrieve my data back?.
