Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 8
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
First of all I have Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1 but can not find that just above.
I was doing nothing... it came suddenly

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I have 2 laptops Windows 8.1 with both Incredimail 2.5. Both have the same notifier and the same notifier-settings. On one of my laptops the notifier jumps in, with new mails and directly jumps away...it is not staying on my screen...how can I please let the notifier stay on my screen so I can see at once that I have new mails... the other laptop with all the same settings has no notifier problems...
