What have you done before the problem occurred?
nothing different done,

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
failed to connect to server error 1232

Please provide a full description of the problem:
just when i click on update it alwaz tells me not connected to internet but i alwaz am and i can send and recieve emails? also when loading slow by the way,the screendhot jumps and shakes till loaded,and lastly when u open colors seem to take along time to load, and no of my other programs have problems loading color wise or shake upon opening? any ideas and is 2.5 6605288 the newest version? is there a repair option i cant find? thnx for any and all help. bb
