Folders missing from my backup

I had to reinstall my hard drive and have restored files with my carbonite. When I imported my incredimail messages many of the folders are missing. Why did this happen and is there any way of retrieving my missing folders? This has not happened when I needed to do prior restores! I am ready to get a new email program!

Do you still have drive with old data? Try to compare folders and see what could happened.

My backup was with Carbonite. I am missing at least a third of my folders including my currant inbox messages and sent messages (those folders show up but have no messages in them). Some of these missing folders had important information in them that is now gone! I have twice tried restoring my IM folder from Carbonite to my desktop but the missing folders and messages are not there. Vicki

In this case, what version of IncrediMail were you previously using - 2.0 or 2.5 ?

And what version of IncrediMail are you now using - 2.0 or 2.5 ?

To determine the IncrediMail version, simply click on Help > About IncrediMail 2.x in the top menu.
