I'm stil using Win 8.0 desktop and I've never had this problem before. It seems related to the other posters going by the dates on their posts.
If I remove M 2.5 then reinstall and reboot it will usually run fine, but only that once. I have to do this every reboot to be able to read my mail.

IM support sometimes say nothing until they have come up with a fix, lets hope we hear from them soon.

Same with me.
Looks like a common issue after the latest Windows Update.

Lets see if there will be a reasonable solution for this issue.
Otherwise Incredimail will be history.

It is a pity, cause using Incredimail was fun for years. But now its a pain since a while.

Same here. Incredimail does eventually start. A nuisance!

I have been having the same issue for about a week now. I don't believe mine is due to a Windows update but one night it just quit working. I tried updating from Incredimail 2.0 to Incredimail 2.5. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Incredimail. It works fine until I reboot the computer and then it crashes again. The only thing I have found to work (although it is only a temporary solution) is to right click on Incredimail and then click on "Run as Administrator". It opens up with no problems when opened that way. If anyone finds a permanent fix to this issue, please let me know. Until then, I will continue to open it through the "Run as Administrator" option.

Been having the same issue since December 8th. Once I get IM to open and stay working I have to leave email open permanently to keep it working. If the system requires a reboot, then the trial and error begins again until IM will stay open and functioning... I hope there's a solution coming soon.

Thank you all for your feedback's.

We need some more information from you guys in order to investigate this issue deeper.

1. What is your Windows version?
2. What is your IncrediMail version?
3. Did it happen right after the Windows Update?
4. What is your Anti-Virus software name?
5. If possible, please run a system restore (to the recent restore point before the update) and check if the problem persists.

Thank you for your cooperation! <Yes>
