Just looked through the list of Incredimail support team members in the forum. One has been active until July 2015, the rest appear to have fallen by the wayside between 2010 and 2012. Since then, nothing.
Apart from an email message sent to me on 20th December warning me about the windows update breaking Incredimail, there has been no news, just spam, trying to sell me Incredimail and it's add ons. Now I accept with Christmas, for a lot of people there will be a break in communication, or maybe even working on a solution, but this is ridiculous. I now cannot use Incredimail at all, even after a reboot and multiple reselections from the system tray.
I certainly won't be recommending this program to anyone in future. At least Thunderbird is supported, does everything IM does apart from emoticons that I never use anyway, and is absolutely FREE. Way to support your customers, Incredimail.
