The Windows problem update is KB3132372. Go to Windows Update, view history, and uninstall that specific update. After I did that, Incredimail worked on first click. Good as new. But since Windows 10 automatically installs Windows Updates without asking, you may have to change that setting, or have to delete the problem update more than once.

I woke up this morning and could not access Incredimail. Very frustrating to say the least. My computer did an update overnight so following the suggestion from lilmerlin I uninstalled the KB3132372 update and now it seems to be working correctly. Sucks that we have to uninstall updated for this to work correctly.
lilmerlin wrote:Ok, just fixed mine for now:
Go to
Settings
Update and Security
Windows Update - click Advanced Options - click view update your update history -
click uninstall updates
scroll down to last topic "Microsoft Windows"
there's an entry from the 29th with this number KB3132372 which is a flash update and that is the bugger crashing IM - once highlighted right-click and uninstall
restart
Win10 works fine and so does now IM - eeha!
(since Win10 still updates automatically it's probably a temporary solution but it gives IM time to find a solution there - if they ever will)

I agree that uninstalling that update works. But then to prevent future occurrences when the update comes back, open Incredimail and go to your Notifier and turn it off. It's the Notifier that is crashing Incredimail. As long as you don't turn it back on, all will be well until the problem is resolved.

I was having the same problem. Crash at startup. I uninstalled the last windows update and incredimail is working again. Hopefully they will fix the problem quickly! <No> <Devil>

So. This is way to technical for the vast majority of users to fix. Incredimail better be working on a solution right now. Like I would expect a fix today.

I wasn't using notifier and hadn't turned it on so it can't be that unfortunately.
