I uninstalled and then reinstalled but still getting the same message.
I use my email for business and am unable to open my emails for today so this is useless

I uninstalled the last update and incredimail working fine now. <Devil> <Sad Smile>

I just tried this and IT WORKS fine !!


Go to
Settings
Update and Security
Windows Update - click Advanced Options - click view update your update history -
click uninstall updates
scroll down to last topic "Microsoft Windows"
there's an entry from the 29th with this number KB3132372 which is a flash update and that is the bugger crashing IM - once highlighted right-click and uninstall
restart
Win10 works fine and so does now IM - eeha!
(since Win10 still updates automatically it's probably a temporary solution but it gives IM time to find a solution there - if they ever will)

OS is Win10 1511 64bit

Latest version of IM

The update causing IM to crash is KB3132372

Uninstall this update, and run this to hide the update to keep win10 from installing it again.........https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3073930

Have just gotten rid of last security update from windows and IncrediMail now works.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Inredimail...it didn't work. We need a fix to this guys! I' ve paid for Plus and the Protection Center! Here's the error message:

Windows 10 security update for flash.... IM uninstall and install does not work. I uninstalled the kb3132372 update and everything works fine. I would like to reinstall that update as soon as incredimail finds a solution to the problem.

No matter what I do after updating last night I cant get it open well opens comes up with a crash report

than says it is closeing if i click on the task bar icon near the clock it just keeps opening and crashing

TWO Microsoft security updates cause the app to crash on launch

KB3119147 released Dec 12,2015
KB3132372 released Dec 29,2015

Uninstall, then do Update, check for new updates. When it shows, right-click and chose HIDE update. The HID option allows you to keep the automatic update option going. IF Incredimail gets around to fixing the problem, you can then go back and unhide the security updates and install them. Uninstalling these, worked on Windows 8.1 on Toshiba laptop.
