Our developers have been made aware of the issue and are working on a solution.

In the meantime, please click on “Close Program” when receiving the error message, and then click on the IncrediMail icon near the Windows clock to launch the IncrediMail application.

You may need to perform the above procedure a few times before the IncrediMail application eventually opens.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I done that for 2 hours and my mail still wil not start up. I also have things in my saved folder which I need to get to and I'm not able to do that either. Do you have any idea how much longer before the problem is fixed.
Thanks

I updated to the new windows 10. Since the latest update, my incredimail crashes upon launch as well. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the link they show and upgrading. Nothing seems to work. It does not come up even after 25 attempts to use the relaunch after closing like suggested. Here are the details.

I am having the same problem since Windows update KB3132372 installed on 30/12/15. I have the fully paid for version of Incredimail and I cant even get to use the VIP Support to let them know there is the problem with my Incredimail.
Why is there no response from Incredimail support to this major problem?

I haven't read all this post but has anyone tried installing the latest beta of Flash Player(v20.0.0.270) to see if it helps? It fixes the issue I was having with Incredimail on Win 7. It may not be beta anymore and I don't know if Win 10 uses the same version but here is a link.

Release notes for this latest FlashPlayer update...

Welcome to the Flash Player and AIR 20 release notes!

January 1, 2016

In today's release, we've updated Flash Player ActiveX for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. This release addresses a problem with Flash Player improperly loading in applications that have it embedded. We are working with Microsoft to provide this update to Windows 8 and Windows 10 users as soon as possible.

Current Flash Player customers who have enrolled in the "Allow Adobe to install updates (recommended)" update mechanism will be automatically updated to the latest version of Flash Player over the next 24 hours.

Users who have selected "Notify me to install updates" will receive an update notification dialog within 7 days from today.

Please note that Windows users will need to restart their system or log out and in to activate the update notification dialog.

Everyone on W7 should get the update one way or another within a week if it's not installed manually. This is what Incredimail has been waiting for, no need to mess about with your own software if the problem was caused by someone else, in this case Adobe!

I found this may be helpful until a fix is found:
