I found a Microsoft tool that lets me stop the offending updates.
So my computer still gets all the updates it needs but now I don't have to keep un-installing the offening Security for Flash update at least 3 times a day!
Incredimail is working fine.

Microsoft has just released a "fix" Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3133431)
IM opened up just fine about an hour ago, and so far, no crashes

Gene wrote:If update KB 3119147 is the problem, why can't we just go to updates and delete this one.

that only works for a little while, then back to crashing

It looks like the new Windows 10 update (KB 3133431) solves this issue.

Todays latest Windows Update (KB3133431) has fixed the problem. No further action from Incredimail required.
Enjoy!
