If the problem still continues, I would like you switch to another Windows user (create one if necessary), open IncrediMail, reconfigure your account, and see if the same problem occurs there as well.
For detailed instructions on how to create users in Windows 10, please refer to the online article at:

Please let me know the results.

In this case, to manually implement the crash fix in IncrediMail 2.0, please do the following:
1. Exit the IncrediMail application by right-clicking on the icon in your Windows taskbar and selecting "Exit".
2. In File Explorer, browse to the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\IncrediMail\Bin
3. Rename the file "PMC.dll" to "PMC.dll.old".
4. Relaunch the IncrediMail application.
Please let me know the results.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE INSTALLED ALL RELEVANT WINDOWS UPDATE BEFORE 'RENAME'
I have had to install a new computer and found renaming the .dll file in Incredimail does not work at first, until i completed several days of installing updates for Windows 10, it is currently working, but i hold my fingers crossed
