Incredimail 2.5

Having issues with crashes and failure to send mail. Found issue with Adobe Flash update causing IM to crash upon initialisation. Uninstalled updated version of Adobe Flash Player and installed version 9. One issue resolved.

Receiving mail is not an issue. However SENDING is entirely another matter.


Next issue remains unresolved:

When sending messages 1st 30% quick then rapidly slows to a crawl. At around 80-99% sent program crashes with the following error message:

Socket Error: 10054 , Port: 25, Protocol: SMTP.An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

IncrediMail version info: Build I.D: 6605288 Setup I.D: 157046427

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit 8GB RAM. HDD 85% Free Space.

This has been going for a couple of weeks and I have attempted to work through these issues with limited effect. Now reached total frustration and desperately seek help PLEASE! <Devil>

I'd recommend you install the last "working" version of Flash Player(20.0.0.228). I believe most updates are to patch its many security vulnerabilities and there must be lot in v9.
I doubt it will fix your other issue but you never know...
