Cannot reinstall incredimail or open it

The error message I get is The program can't start because ImFoldreU.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program. I have tried to reinstall but I get a message stating "A later version of incredimail is already installed on this machine. The setup cannot continue.
I have tried to uninstall but incredimail does not appear on the add/remove items in the control panel it also does not appear in my IObit uninstaller program. help please.
