Incredimail RANDOMLY decides to not send emails.

Periodically throughout the day OR week, incredimail decides to not send my emails. I get this error message that says "One or more messages could not be sent. These messages are still in your Outbox, please correct them and then try again." It does not provide me with any details as to why it continues to do this. The ONLY way to fix this is to shut down my entire computer and restart again. Yes, this is a simple fix however, it's very annoying to have to keep doing this while you have other programs running for work and you then have to restart the computer and wait for everything to load back up again. PLEASE somebody help!!
