[ISSUE]Backup From Incredibackup

Your IncrediMail Version: Incredimail lastest version
Your Internet Browser Type: Internet Explorer 11
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I am trying restore my e-mails, in this case, i use incredibackup app sussesfully. I proceed to update my incredimail to lastest version and try to restore my files but for any reason fails.

I have 2 backups in my computer but can do anything with that.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:

No error messages recived, incredibackup send a sucessful message.

How can i restore my mails with IBK extension file?.
