Can't backup after crash fix

I am/was an Incredimail Premium subscriber. I had to use the patch to fix the recent crash on launch problem, but now my version of Incredimail has changed. I can no longer backup my email by using the Data and Settings Transfer Wizard, which I've been doing for a decade. I now see that I would have to pay for Incredimail Plus to again have the ability to backup my email-- which I think would be a(nother) betrayal of the "lifetime license" status I supposedly bought.
