IM crashes upon opening

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I open Incredimail and I immediately get "Incredimail experienced a problem and needs to close"
I can't do anything in IM.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
I open IM and I immediately get the little window saying IM experienced a problem and needs to close.
I have tried clicking the Windows checking online for a solution. Nothing happens.
The program closes and remains closed.
I tried installing the latest version of IM but I can't check the build I have because the program keeps crashing before I can check.
I copied and pasted the details of the error above.
Please help!
This has been going on for two days now. I am at a loss as to how to fix this issue.
Been using IM for 9 years and never had this happen before.

I'd like you to download the full setup file for IncrediMail and see if that solves the problem.
