Reply to e-mail send to wrong address

When I send a reply to an e-mail it sends the reply to a wrong address. I have deleted all in the address book but this still keeps popping up with the wrong address on the drop down list. Why can I not delete an address from the drop down list? And where is this wrong address stored on my computer? For once can your help forum help, I have never gotten an answer for a problem in 13 years that I have used Incredimail.

To address this issue, please click on "Contacts" in the top bar of the main IncrediMail window, and remove those addresses from the "Contacts" and "Suggested" lists.

Please notice that there are a number of sections in the Address Book (Contacts, Popular, Favorites, Suggested, Groups).
