downloading and inorting problem

unsing version 2.5 of incredimail, since getting the latest windows 10 upgrade I am having problems with creating emails in incredimail, when I select new email, click on the style box and select letters, then select the letter template that I have previously download, incredimail tries to download it again then tells me I must be connected to the internet to download, which I am but I cannot download again, all help and advice appreciated

To address this issue, please manually reset the Internet Explorer settings as instructed in the online article at:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

Note: As IncrediMail uses the plugins from Internet Explorer, you must reset the settings in Internet Explorer. This is regardless of the browser you actually use to access the internet.

After that, please restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect.
