Cannot open links in Windows 10

Whenever I have an e-mail that requires a link to connect to a website it will not connect. There is nothing but a blank screen. I can receive e-mails but cannot link to any browser of site. I am using 2.5 and on Windows 10. I did not have the problem with Windows 7. Please help.

To address this issue, please click on Tools > Options > Advanced, and unselect the option "Always open links in IncrediMail Web Browser". Click on OK.

If the problem continues, for illustrated instructions on how to designate the default programs in Windows 10, please refer to the online article at: ... ndows.html

In this case, select your preferred browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and then click the option "Set this program as default".
