Use license on another computer after crash

My computer crashed and I reinstalled IncrediMail on another computer. Now I want my licenses to be transferred to my new computer.
I've read "http://help.incredimail.com/incredimail/help_center/help_article.aspx?article_id=82&referrer_id=3" about removing my registration code, but I cannot click on "remove" since my computer has crashed...

How can I re-enter my licensecode?

In the Additional Information box, please enter the license codes and we will be happy to reset them in our records.
