Links not opening as I get this error??

Links not opening as I get this error??

Hi

Just wanted to get an idea how to resolve this issue. When you click any link in email or otherwise you get this windows cannot find error. This one attached is from trying to open protection center. http://www.eymate.com.au/Pixlr.jpg

Any ideas? I uninstalled - installed again already not corrected. Not sure what corrupted this.

Only came across this because customer who this is happening to wanted to click on links in emails and found that you need protection center to change settings like that. Any help is appreciated thanks in advance

To address this issue, I would like you to create a new identity in IncrediMail and see if you still encounter the same problem.
 
To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.
 
Set up your identity and see if problem continues to occur in the new identity.

Please note that I would like you to configure the same email address in your new identity, there is no need to create a new email address. While the identity name should be different, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being done in the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.

Please let me know the results.

thank you for answering I'll do this in the morning when I return to site.

I also have this error:

image when you try to use protection center and even get similar error when you try back up
