Virus or hacked?

Postby Shadow251 » Wed Nov 15, 2017 10:48 pm

I got this message when trying to get my e-mail:
503 bruteforce cracking or that my accounts are inactive
I have tried to reconfig the e-mail accounts I'm getting the inactive message, which works fine for a few days and then back to the same problem. Today I got the 503 error bruteforce cracking message. Wondered if I had a virus so used everything I could with my Norton 360 program. All it found was some tracking cookies which were removed.

I did a search for 503 bruteforce cracking and now know what that is. So am going to let Norton do a complete scan of the PC which should take hours since I have so much on it now on a massive hard drive. Quick scan showed nothing. I'm using Windows 10. Any idea's?

Thanks, Shadow251

To determine if the problem is specific to IncrediMail, I would like you to test your email account settings in Mozilla Thunderbird as instructed in our online article at http://support.incredimail.com/entries/ ... ail-client, and see if the same problem occurs in that mail client as well.

Please let me know the results.
