text bar not working

text bar not working

Hi
I'm using version 2.5
The text bar is not working. All the little icons on the bar are in grey and nothing is working.
I've tried to reinstall above the old one but with no help.
How can I fix it?

Please do the following to verify that you are not using 'Plain Text':

1. Open IncrediMail and click 'Write'.

2. Press F5 on your keyboard to change the email background.

3. Click the 'View' menu and make sure that the 'Text Styling Bar' is selected. If not, left-click it to select it.

Try adding Animations or Sounds to your email.
