Missing tsd32.dll is preventing Incredimail opening

Missing tsd32.dll is preventing Incredimail opening

My Incredimail Version is 2.0. I use Chrome as my browser, and my Operation System is Windows 7. I used Incredimail (IM) yesterday with no problems. This morning I ran a virus scan with Avast. I then tried, unsuccessfully, to open IM and a small window appeared headed MCI command handling windows:IncMail.exe - System Error. Under that it said, "The program can't start because tsd32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
I don't know how to re-install Incredimail without losing all my my files and emails, and I don't know where to re-install it from. Also, I can't find a place to download imhttpcomm.dll directly.

I made a mistake in my previous post. I said, ", I can't find a place to download imhttpcomm.dll directly." This should have said: I can't find a place to download tsd32.dll

Uninstalling then reinstalling IncrediMail should solve the issue you encountered, as vital IncrediMail files are refreshed and various components reinstalled.

To begin the process, please click here:

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Once removed, please reinstall IncrediMail 2.

Please note: Uninstalling and then reinstalling will not affect your personal data in any way.
