IncrediMail won't open. I've clicked on everything but nothing just won't open. I get the 'new mail' notice but that's all.

Uninstalling then reinstalling IncrediMail should solve the issue you encountered, as vital IncrediMail files are refreshed and various components reinstalled.

To begin the process, please click here: ... t/unin.exe

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Once removed, please reinstall IncrediMail 2.5.

Please note: Uninstalling and then reinstalling will not affect your personal data in any way.
