No Yellow star

A lady in our groups.io group is having a problem. When she sends through an email to the group there is no yellow star to save and if you hit reply the email is just plain white. If you right click on the letter there is no option there to save it to style box either. She is also having the same problems in other groups she is in on Yahoo and others,

It's very frustrating for her and the rest of us would love to save her stuff but just can't.

Would her creating a new identity help?

Is there anybody out there???

I might be talking to myself here so it would appear but she did create a new identity and that didn't work.

She sent through a stat with music in it and the star was there to save the music but you couldn't save the stat.

How maddening this is for her and for the rest of us.

Is anyone from Incredimail alive or have you all gone to that big mail heap in the fire?

I would appreciate an answer to this question. No wonder you are voted the worst email ever. Support is non existant.
