Can't Get Incredimail to go into Online mode!

I'm having trouble with Windows 10 updates, so did a clean boot today. After starting the computer normally afterwards, Incredimail is stuck in offline mode - there is no check mark next to it in the File drop down, and I can't figure out how to get it working again.

I'm using version 2.5

Can someone please help me?

Uninstalling then reinstalling IncrediMail should solve the issue you encountered, as vital IncrediMail files are refreshed and various components reinstalled.

To begin the process, please click here:

http://www2l.incredimail.com/contents/s ... t/unin.exe

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Once removed, please install the latest build of IncrediMail 2.5.

When complete, please restart your computer.

Please note: Uninstalling and then reinstalling will not affect your personal data in any way.
