IM crashing when opening emails

HI there.
My IM always crashes when opening emails, since my last Win10 update.
The only way to read them is torugh the preview page.

error shows:
Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION (C0000005) - on reading from 00000000
Faulting Offset: 0000D7CB
Module: Im3dU.dll

Already tried to uninstal and reinstall, but same issue.
Any advice?

Ok, I've found the fix by myself.
It happened after the last Nvidia driver update, V399.24 and ONLY when opening email at FULL SCREEN.
Changed screen resolution to get email opened in a window and now it works fine.
I hope it could be useful to some other IM fan
