I am a Gold Gallery Member and I tried to install IM on my new Windows 7 Premium 64-bit machine. The installation starts and the above error message appears. I've tried at least 4 times with the same result. I was advised to register vbscript.dll which I did and it was successful, but still the installation file came up with the same error message.
IM support denied responsibility and blamed the error on programs such as Mcafee which I do not have. They also stated that at the current time they did not have a solution for the issue.
I need help with the VBScript errror. If someone has encountered this problem or has a suggestion on a fix, I would appreciate it if they would share there expeirence.
