Hotmail remains unread

Hi,

I have been having this issue with incredimail for sometime now. All my emails which are downloaded via incredimail always remain unread on hotmail. I have tried numerous things also with the help of the support staff but the issue remains unresolved.

Windows version: Windows XP

Incredimail version:
Incredimail XE
Build ID: 5864130
Setup ID: 2
Pn: 23171185

Currently we do not mark downloaded messages as 'Read'. Thank you for taking the time to send your suggestion and we will certainly take it into consideration for future upgrades.
