Read receipts

I have a read receipt request check mark on but it does not go to ALL people I send
e-mails too.

Please note that even though you send Read Receipt request to others, it doesn't necessarily mean they will respond to your Read Receipt request. Users can disable the Read Receipt request option and set their email client to "never send a response".
