Sadly it seems many of us are about to make that horrible return to Outlook (gag indeed); but we have no choice when Incredimail is so atrocious to use right now emoticon-0101-sadsmile

THIS WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a Windows Update problem. When I uninstalled the problem update, Incredimail worked fine. The problem is update KB3132372. Go to Windows Update, view Update History, and uninstall the update. Voila! Incredimail opened on first click! With Windows 10, updating is automatic by default. You may have to do this every time Windows install this update. So you may have to remove KB3132372 until the problem is fixed. Hope it works for you.
