Deleted Items Folder

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I went in and unchecked the box in tools, options, advanced and empty messages from deleted folder upon exit. Then I closed out of Incredimail, restarted my computer and went back in and re-checked that same box. Still nothing happens and the deleted items folder will not empty no matter what I do unless I delete them all manually.

Please provide a full description of the problem:
My deleted items folder is set up to empty when I close out of Incredimail. It no longer will do that, I click on empty for that folder and it shows a bulldozer coming out to empty the folder, but nothing happens. Nothing will happen at all, I have to delete the items manually.

Can someone please help?

Try to reinstall Incredimail with the latest full setup file. Use the link below. ... =fullsetup
