IncrdiMail Update doesn't work

Your Internet Browser Type: FireFox 3.5
Your Operation System: Windows 7

What have you done before the problem occurred?

When I start IncrediMail, a splash screen comes up "IncrediMail Update" with an "Upgrade Now!" button (large) and "Remind Me Later" and "Install" buttons (small). When I click the "Upgrade Now!" or "Install" button it says "Please wait" and then Incredimail ends and nothing else happens (ever). When I go to "Check for updates" via the Help/About route, the same thing happens when I click on the "Upgrade Now!" or "Install" buttons. What do I need to do?

Try to reinstall Incredimail using the latest full setup file. Use the link below.

If I reinstall IncrediMail will it save my accounts and configuration or do I need to do that on my own?

Your personal data remains unchanged during Updates and Upgrades.

All that is replaced is the program files which run the program, so you shouldn't have any problem with this.
