letter backgrounds

I have deleted several of the Incr letter backgrounds. I have set it to Random so why do some of the deleted backgrounds still appear when I open a New Message? Where can I delete them for good?

That's odd. You could check that they are actually deleted by going to your IM folder and checking the Letter folder there!

Yes, I thought it was odd too. So can you please tel me where to look for the IM folder?

I would like you to reinstall all your IncrediMail content, please click here to do so.

Click 'Run' in the File Download dialog, click 'Run' again when asked to run the software and follow the instructions in the SupportUtil dialog.

Open IncrediMail and let me know the results.

It didn't seem to work properly. First of all I got a pop u saying 3D Magic could not be installed then, when I finally got round that, another box told me to download XE again.
Incredimail is making me increasingly frustrated, mostly because it is now so slow. It takes ages to open up when I first log on and rarely opens on start up as it should. I've come across countless files/folders, possibly hundreds of them but just don't know what to do.
I thought I'd revert back to Windows Live Mail but that's such rubbish I gave up after a few hours.
Help please!

I suggest you to install IncrediMail 2 as it should solve the issue you encountered.

Click here to download the full setup file. Install IncrediMail once the download completes and let me know if the problem continues to occur.

Wow! Inc 2 is very different isn't it? Heaps better as far as I can see but I won't know about the deleted backgrounds just yet because it's a random thing. I hope this version is quicker too.

This version is so much better than before and I am very impressed. In addition the Helpline advised me to delete the Runtime folder and now Incr has become very speedy indeed. This problem now appears to be solved. emoticon-0137-clapping
