IM Plus vs IM Premium and issues with Gold Gallery

I have used IncrediMail Premium for over a decade. I bought lifetime licenses for Gold Gallery, IM Premium and Letter Creator many years ago.
Now I see something called IM Plus and I don't see IM Premium for sale. Is IM Plus a new name for IM Premium?

Also I can't seem to get any of the Gold Gallery Skins. I don't understand why I can't. Any help is appreciated.

Incredimail decided to make everyone renew once a year and pay every year. I bought lifetime on Premium and Gold but I am now told Incredimail will not honor the lifetime memberships. They say it was in the small print when we bought lifetime 15 years ago. So to their loyal customers they are just saying too bad. A spervisor from India by phone (2 days ago - Feb. 12, 2016) told me that they will in the near future not honor our premium and we will not have access to Gold Gallery. I guess what we should say and the only thing we can say is SHAME ON YOU INCREDIMAIL AND PERION INC.

Regarding the download of Gold Gallery content, please check the following:

1. In the main IncrediMail window, click on Help > Licenses and make sure your Gold Gallery license appears in the Licenses box.

2. What is your Internet Browser (Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) ?

3. Are you able to download Gold Gallery content in Microsoft Edge ?

4. Right-click on the IncrediMail icon in your Windows taskbar and select "Exit".

5. Try to download Gold Gallery content once again and see the results.

If the problem continues, please select the option "Don't Block Cookies" in the advanced settings of Microsoft Edge, then close Microsoft Edge, remove and register your Gold Gallery code once again to have it working properly.

Note: To access the advanced settings, please click on "---" in the top-right corner of Edge, click on "Settings", scroll down the window, and then click on "View advanced settings".

Please let me know the results.

The photo gallery is now back up. The old albums have been lost so if anyone can upload some pictures that would be appreciated.
