I Need To Get Rid Of Inbox Folders

Hi all I need to get rid of my inboxes folders (contain account names) if I could workout how to upload my screenshot on here I would show you what I am talking about when I do upload it the accounts have been removed for privacy and security reasons. Currently Using 2.5 Build ID 6605288 Setup ID 2 PN 160886976 Thanks In Advance

To hide any duplicate folders, simply click on Tools > Options > Emails, and unselect the option "Show all email folders (including duplicates)". Click on OK.

What I've got is a file with hundreds of duplicate lines and I need to somehow purge the file and get rid of all these duplicate lines?

To address this issue, I would like you to open a new identity in IncrediMail and see if you still encounter the same problem.
 
To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.
 
Set up your identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new identity.

Please note that I would like you to configure the same email address in your new identity, there is no need to create a new email address. While the identity name should be different, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being done in the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.
