Unable to download gold gallery content

What have you done before the problem occurred?
I upgraded today. But, I haven't downloaded anything new in ages. So, I don't really know how long I've had this issue.

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
"Dear Gold Gallery Member You can no longer download this content.
If you have any question, please contact us
at: goldgallerysupport@incredimail.com"


Please provide a full description of the problem:
I haven't tried to download anything from the gold galleries until tonight when I received that messages noted above.

I see there was a link that was suppose to be sent to all gold members. I did not receive a link where I could download from the gold gallery content and I do have a lifetime license.

Thanks for any help in advance.

If you have a Gold Gallery lifetime subscription - there is no need to purchase another Gold Gallery subscription. Please contact goldgallerysupport@incredimail.com and the IncrediMail Support will assist you further with the issue you encounter.

The Protection Center is a one year subscription which is automatically renewed.

I have had the Gold Gallery for years and know it will not let me download any gold content at all . I also have sent e-mails to the incredimail tech support and have received nothing .No answers at all.
I am giving them till August 8 2012 before I notify the Attorney Generals Office in Florida and the Better Business Bureau . I would suggest everyone else do the same .This will be the only way something will get done.As far as I can see ,the main office location is PERION 15809 Bear Creek Parkway, Suite 320

The Perion corp is the people who own and put out Incredimail .You can check out there site at

Look at the bottom of the page and you will see Incredimail

Please note that the Gold Gallery lifetime subscription is still available for all users who have purchased this product, there has simply been a change in the download method for the content - I am sending you detailed instructions via PM.

Hi
I am a Gold Gallery lifetime subscription member & i was told to go to a link called dropbox they gave me a link to it & you have to download it but it does not have gold skins <Sad Smile> there it has only Animations,e cards, letter, notifiers, & sounds <Smile> & i find it a pain when I have another pc or laptop & get it all I wish they would go back to the old way i had bought mine over 13 years ago. <Clapping>

BRING BACK THE OLD WAY <itwasntme> & how do I now get the skins? please let me know

Please note that skins are not part of the Gold Gallery subscription, they are part of the IncrediMail Premium\IncrediMail Plus subscription and can still be downloaded from the IncrediMail Online Gallery just like before.

I am having the same issue. I just re-installed Incredimail and entered my registration codes. I should have lifetime on Incredimail, Gold Gallery and Letter Creator. When I try to download any of the Gold Gallery content. It will not allow me to do so. I have contacted support a week or so ago and have not gotten a response. Please let me know what I can do so that I can access my Gold Gallery Content.
