Can't connect to any IM websites

What have you done before the problem occurred?
Just searching for Incredimail.com

If you receive any error message, please quote it precisely:
Can't connect to server and Connection interrupted
Error 101


Please provide a full description of the problem:
A couple people in my group contacted me about not being able to get onto the IM website.
I tried myself using Chrome, Safari, IE and Firefox. I also tried on both a PC Windows 7 and my iMac Lion.
This problem was brought to my attention 2-15-13. I can't get onto any IM website either.

I sent a question about connecting to any IM website through an IM group in which I am a member. About 10 people replied
and only 2 of them could get in. Someone in Australia couldn't get in. Someone in the UK could. Many in the
USA can't get into IM websites.

I have no idea why this is happening. I can't even use the VIP support in my IM program to contact IM.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Wait....if some can get on the website....how can it be down?

Please note that our website is not down. Some users have encountered a problem connecting to it, and we are looking into this issue.

Which browser do you have installed?

When did this issue start occurring?

Are there any other sites you are unable to enter?

Which antivirus/firewall program do you have installed?
