Incredimail Plus V Incredimail 2.5

What have you done before the problem occurred?

Please provide a full description of the problem:
1st of all - Incredimail forgets after a few days the skin i was using and default back to the original install one

2nd your backup feature was (so i understand it) to back up all my folders, it has in the past but last few attempts it has NOT reloaded my folders

3rd im currently using Incedimail 2.5 premium i want to know what the difference is between it and Incredimail plus and whether its worth spending another £20 or so

1. Do you have any registry cleaner or scanner program installed on your computer?

2. Do you refer to the Data and Settings Transfer Wizard or IncrediBakcup? What exactly is the problem you encounter when trying to import your data?
