Cannot open email

I am running Incredimail 2.5 Plus under Windows 10 and when I click on an email to open it a new tab opens and I get this in the address line:

And the in the body of new window this displays: The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

And to add to the mix if I create a new Windows account and install Incredimail it works fine along with Incredimail backup which will not work in my prime account.

Anyone got any ideas? I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs.

To address this issue, please run the following executable:
http://www2l.incredimail.com/contents/s ... el_run.exe

When done, open IncrediMail and check the results.

If the problem continues, I would like you to open a new identity and see if you still encounter the same problem.
 
To create a new identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.
 
Set up your identity, and check to see if problem continues to occur in the new identity.

Please note that I would like you to configure the same email address in your new identity, there is no need to create a new email address. While the identity name should be different, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being done in the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.

Please let me know the results.

The link did not help. I made a new id but it never asked me for an email address. Can I delete all of the identities and start new?

P.S. How do I a attach a screenshot for you to look at?

Sirs, my incredimail plus was renewed Oct 21, 2015. I can get my mail but, cannot use my advance acct. Please verify, and straighten this out.

Hello jayhawk714.

To delete your previous identities, simply click on Tools > Identities > Manage Identities, select the particular identity and click on "Remove".

Please note that this will permanently delete all of the messages and contacts contained in that identity.

Okay. Thanks for your help. Just one more question. If I make a backup of my contacts, bookmarks and such could I then delete my account and then make a new one and see if that solves my problem?

Hello everyone..
If I try to open it I get "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open Outlook window" error
Anybody knows the solution to the my problem?

I apologize, but I fail to see the connection between IncrediMail and MIcrosoft Outlook.

What exactly are you trying to open which is prompting the error message ?
