Help my Incredimail does not start more

Hi I'm new here, and do not know where I should post this, no English so I do this via a translation site, I use for a long time now, if I want to open my Incredi Incredi comes this, the program could not be started because URIMHttpComm.dll is missing from your Computer but when I put a new download am I lost everything , how do I fix it???

To address this issue, please extract the attached file using WinRAR or WinZip and then place the IMHttpComm.dll file in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\IncrediMail\Bin" folder.

After that, please try opening IncrediMail.
