To address this issue, please open Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, and under "Multimedia", enable the options "Play animations in webpages" and "Play sounds in webpages".
Note: To launch Internet Explorer in Windows 10, simply click on the Search icon in the Windows taskbar, enter "Internet Explorer" in the search window, and press <Enter> on your keyboard.

As IncrediMail uses the flash plugins from Internet Explorer, you must enable Flash Player in Internet Explorer. This is regardless of the browser you actually use to access the internet.
