sund probleme

Hello since lately I have problems with the incoming sound (eg. butler Bob)

To address this issue, please open Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, and under "Multimedia", enable the options "Play animations in webpages" and "Play sounds in webpages".

Note: To launch Internet Explorer in Windows 10, simply click on the Search icon in the Windows taskbar, enter "Internet Explorer" in the search window, and press <Enter> on your keyboard.

If the problem continues, please make sure to enable Flash Player in Internet Explorer as instructed in the online article at:
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb ... 10-ie.html

As IncrediMail uses the flash plugins from Internet Explorer, you must enable Flash Player in Internet Explorer. This is regardless of the browser you actually use to access the internet.

If the problem still continues, please reset the Internet Explorer settings as instructed in the online article at:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

After that, please restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect.
